This web site aims at becoming an in-depth reference about the classical teachings of Shaktiananda Yoga and Vedanta. Shaktiananda Yoga is in the Ashtanga tradition of Patanjali of the Himalyan Masters and the Ascended Masters of the Great Brotherhood of Light.

The Shaktiananda Yoga technique was developed in 1968 by ~Gurudevi, Satguru Shri Mahashaktiananda; founder of Self-Realization Shala Order™; 1970; in Canada.
